TNode.top Terms and Conditions
TNode.top ------------ Every story deserves a beginning. 每一个故事,都值得一个起点。Tnode Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 November 2026 Effective date: 5 November 2026
1 Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms govern hosting and related services that you order from Tnode. You means the person or organisation holding the account. Your Content means the websites, databases, messages, software and other material that you or your users place on, transmit through or otherwise process using the Services.
Our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) forms part of these Terms. Your order confirmation and any expressly agreed service schedule identify your plan, charges, features and limits. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information; accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent required by privacy law.
Mandatory law prevails. Subject to that, an individually negotiated agreement prevails over an order confirmation, which prevails over these Terms. The AUP sets the minimum restrictions on use unless we expressly agree a lawful exception that our infrastructure provider permits. A service level agreement or data processing agreement applies only where expressly agreed. No document removes rights that the law prevents us from excluding.
We make these Terms and the AUP available before registration or checkout. You accept them when you affirmatively agree during registration or ordering. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or provision the ordered service. Merely browsing our website does not place an order for hosting.
2 Eligibility and account security
An account holder must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. We may decline a new application for a legitimate operational, legal, security or capacity reason.
Provide accurate registration and billing information and keep a working contact email address. You may use a public pen name on your website, but must not give us false ownership or payment information. We may request proportionate verification when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, confirm account control or satisfy a legal obligation. Our Privacy Policy explains how verification information is handled.
Use unique credentials, protect recovery methods and API keys, and enable multifactor authentication where available. Give access only to people you authorise and promptly remove access when it is no longer needed. Tell us promptly about suspected compromise and cooperate in securing the account.
You are responsible for administering your account and for the conduct of people you authorise to use it. Compromised accounts may be restricted to contain abuse. This responsibility does not exclude our responsibility for a security failure caused by us or make you automatically liable for every act of an unknown attacker.
3 Sponsored hosting and Tnode operated hosting
We identify each plan as Sponsored Free Hosting or Tnode Operated Hosting in its description and order confirmation.
Sponsored Free Hosting uses infrastructure supplied by iFastNet Ltd through its free hosting platform. Tnode manages its own customer relationship, website and support offering. iFastNet operates the underlying sponsored hosting infrastructure and can enforce its applicable technical and acceptable use requirements. Tnode is a separate service from InfinityFree; sharing an infrastructure provider does not make InfinityFree your supplier or a party to this agreement.
The additional sponsored hosting restrictions are set out in the AUP. The relevant upstream terms are available at https://ifastnet.com/terms.php. Before signup, we identify any upstream agreement you must accept separately and the applicable version. Operational requirements of the sponsor apply only to the sponsored service; they do not replace Tnode's payment, privacy or consumer obligations to you. Material changes are handled under section 15, subject to urgent upstream action outside our control.
Tnode Operated Hosting is provisioned and administered by Tnode on infrastructure that we operate or procure. It may be free or paid. Features such as application processes, scheduled jobs, email or software downloads are available only if included in that plan and permitted by the AUP. Sponsored Free Hosting restrictions do not automatically apply to this category.
You contract with Tnode for services ordered from Tnode. An external upgrade, domain or other service purchased directly from another provider is a separate contract with that provider. We identify the seller before directing you to an external checkout. We do not charge for a sponsored plan unless a separately described Tnode service has been expressly ordered.
4 Service scope and limits
Your plan specifies the supported software, storage, traffic, number of sites and any other quotas. Shared hosting also has limits on resources such as processing time, memory, concurrent requests, database activity, file count and email. We display applicable numerical limits and material technical restrictions in the plan or its linked service specification before ordering.
Unmetered describes a resource for which we do not charge per unit within the intended use of the plan. It does not mean infinite capacity or permission to interfere with other users. We do not add usage charges or automatically move you to a more expensive plan without your agreement. If usage exceeds a limit, we may throttle the affected resource, temporarily restrict it or ask you to optimise or choose a suitable plan, following section 11 where practicable.
You must maintain your own applications, extensions, content and website configuration unless the order expressly includes that work. Support covers the scope stated in the plan. A managed control panel does not by itself include application development, continuous website monitoring or security administration of your code. Response times and around the clock staffing are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Do not use a plan for emergency systems, life critical operations, or regulated workloads requiring safeguards we have not expressly agreed to provide. Ask us before storing payment card data, medical records or similarly sensitive information. An agreement to host ordinary personal information does not certify compliance with a sector standard.
5 Availability and maintenance
We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill and take reasonable steps to maintain availability and security. Maintenance, software changes, network failures, attacks and other incidents may interrupt access. We will give reasonable advance notice of planned material disruption where practicable and explain significant incidents through our support or status channels.
There is no contractual uptime percentage or service credit scheme unless your order includes a written service level agreement. Descriptions such as free, best effort or no SLA do not remove statutory rights or an express promise in your order. An infrastructure provider's outage does not by itself remove any remedy you have against Tnode under applicable law.
Preview and beta features may change or be withdrawn. We identify them before you opt in and do not recommend relying on them for irreplaceable data or essential operations.
6 Fees and renewal
For paid services, the checkout and order confirmation state the currency, billing period, total price, applicable taxes, initial term and renewal price or method of determining it. Promotional prices apply only for the stated period. Charges are due on the date shown on your invoice.
Automatic renewal applies only if disclosed before ordering and authorised by you. We explain how and when to cancel it and send a renewal reminder at least 14 days before a renewal charge. You can cancel renewal through the account facility or by contacting support before the disclosed cutoff. We will not use an undisclosed cancellation deadline.
We may change a renewal price with at least 30 days' notice and a clear opportunity to cancel before renewal. We will not increase the agreed price for a prepaid fixed term during that term without your agreement, except for a tax change required by law.
Contact us promptly about an invoice error. We will investigate a genuine billing dispute and will not suspend solely for the reasonably disputed part while you cooperate and pay undisputed amounts. You retain the right to use your bank's dispute process. A chargeback alone does not authorise a penalty; we may restrict a service where an unpaid balance or reasonably evidenced fraud justifies it.
If an undisputed invoice remains overdue, we may suspend the affected service after written warning and at least seven days to pay. We may terminate it if it remains unpaid 14 days after suspension, with notice of the termination date. We do not impose administrative or recovery fees that were not disclosed and agreed or otherwise lawfully recoverable.
7 Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the account facility or support. We confirm the effective date. For a prepaid plan, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless you request earlier closure or a legal right permits earlier cancellation. Cancelling hosting does not necessarily cancel an independently registered domain or a separate third party subscription.
Unless your order states a voluntary refund guarantee, we do not provide a general refund for changing your mind or leaving partway through a prepaid period. This does not affect remedies for a service failure, misleading description, an adverse change under section 15, or any other non-excludable right.
If we permanently discontinue a paid service or terminate it for our convenience without your breach, we refund the unused prepaid portion from the effective termination date. Where a breach justifies termination, we calculate any refund fairly, taking into account services supplied and actual loss lawfully recoverable; we do not automatically forfeit every prepaid amount as a penalty.
Domain registrations, certificates, licences and other third party items may have different cancellation rules only where disclosed before purchase. A supplier's refusal to refund us does not override a refund we owe you by law. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within 14 days, subject to payment processing time.
8 Backups and data retrieval
Keep current backups outside your hosting account and test that you can restore them. Unless a plan expressly includes a backup service, no backup frequency, retention period or restoration service is promised. If backups are included, the order must specify their scope, frequency, retention, exclusions and any restoration fee. Your own backup responsibility does not excuse our failure to provide an agreed backup service.
Export your files, databases, mail and configuration before cancellation or expiry. For Tnode Operated Hosting, we ordinarily retain recoverable hosting data for 14 days after termination and, on request, provide a reasonable opportunity to retrieve lawful content during that period. Access may require assistance rather than a live control panel. Earlier removal may be necessary for unlawful material, a serious security risk or a legal requirement. This retrieval period is not a promise to recover data already lost before termination.
For Sponsored Free Hosting, the sponsor controls infrastructure retention and may disable or delete an account under its rules without a retrieval window. We pass on relevant notices that we receive and reasonably assist with available recovery options, but cannot promise that the sponsor retains a copy. Maintain an independent backup at all times.
After the applicable retrieval period, active hosting data is scheduled for deletion. Residual backup copies and account records follow the Privacy Policy. Suspension is not a backup service and does not guarantee access. We do not retain your domain registration or lawful content as security for unrelated disputed charges.
9 Your content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in Your Content. You grant Tnode and the providers we use only the non-exclusive permission reasonably needed to store, copy, transmit, display and technically adapt that content to deliver, secure and support the Services. This permission lasts while needed for those purposes and for lawful retention and deletion of residual copies. It does not permit us to sell Your Content, use private content for advertising or train general purpose AI models on it.
You must have the rights and lawful basis needed for Your Content and its processing. Website themes, anime images, music, fonts, characters and fan works may be owned by others. Hosting with Tnode grants no licence to third party works and does not imply endorsement by their owners. A fan disclaimer alone does not establish permission to distribute protected material.
Tnode's own website, branding and service software remain the property of their respective owners. Do not impersonate Tnode or imply a partnership without permission. This does not restrict truthful reviews, lawful criticism, comparative discussion or uses permitted by law.
10 Personal information and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains our account administration, security and other handling of personal information. For personal information in websites and databases that we process solely for you, you determine the purpose and lawful basis of processing and must provide appropriate notices to the people concerned.
We access non-public hosted content only where reasonably necessary to deliver support you request, operate or secure the platform, investigate a reasonably suspected breach, or comply with law. Access must be limited to the task and authorised personnel or providers. We do not promise to inspect every upload or monitor every page.
Where your processing requires a separate data processing agreement, international transfer instrument or regulated service commitment, it must be in place before you use the affected service for that purpose. These Terms and the Privacy Policy alone are not an Article 28 GDPR data processing agreement or a transfer safeguard.
Each party must protect the other's non-public confidential information, use it only for this relationship or a lawful obligation, and disclose it only to people who need it and are bound by appropriate duties. This does not cover information lawfully public or independently obtained. Notify the other party before a legally compelled disclosure where permitted and practicable.
11 Enforcement and suspension
We may take proportionate action where reasonably necessary to address an AUP breach, an account security incident, harmful resource use, non-payment under section 6, a binding legal requirement or a restriction imposed by the relevant infrastructure provider. Action may include blocking traffic, disabling a script, quarantining a file or suspending the affected service.
Where the issue can safely be corrected, we normally explain it and allow at least seven days to remedy it. We may act immediately for an ongoing attack, credible fraud, child exploitation, other serious unlawful content, an imminent security risk, or an urgent legal or infrastructure requirement. We give notice and reasons as soon as reasonably practicable unless legally prohibited or doing so would materially increase the risk.
We aim to confine restrictions to affected resources and to restore service when the reason for restriction is resolved. Repeated, serious or unremedied breaches may result in termination. An infrastructure restriction is not a determination that you committed an offence.
You may ask for review through [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge an appeal within three working days and give a substantive response within ten working days or explain any delay. Review does not require us to restore dangerous or unlawful material while investigating. Refunds and data retrieval remain subject to sections 7 and 8.
12 Warranties and responsibility for loss
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 and Privacy Act 2020 where applicable. We do not contract out of the Consumer Guarantees Act through these standard Terms.
Subject to those rights and our express commitments, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every application, or a particular commercial result. Each party must take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable loss. Any responsibility you have for backups, code or account access is considered in light of what actually caused the loss.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of expected profit, revenue or business opportunity. This exclusion does not affect direct losses recoverable under a non-excludable guarantee. Subject to the exceptions below, each party's aggregate liability arising from the Services in any 12 month period is limited to the greater of NZ$100 and the fees paid or payable to Tnode for the affected Services during that period.
The exclusions and cap do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, deliberate misuse of confidential information or personal information, death or personal injury where liability cannot be limited, or liability that law otherwise prevents the parties from limiting. They do not reduce an obligation to pay agreed fees, return money properly refundable, or comply with a statutory remedy.
13 Third party claims for business customers
If you acquire the Services for business purposes, you must reimburse our reasonable direct loss and reasonable defence costs from a third party claim to the extent caused by your unlawful content, infringement of third party rights or deliberate material breach of the AUP. This obligation is subject to section 12 and does not cover loss caused by our conduct or that we could reasonably have avoided.
We must promptly notify you, take reasonable steps to limit loss, allow you a reasonable role in the defence, and obtain your consent before agreeing a settlement that imposes an admission or non-monetary obligation on you. Consent must not be unreasonably withheld. This section does not apply to a consumer acquiring the Services for personal or domestic purposes.
14 Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by an event outside its reasonable control to the extent it could not reasonably prevent or overcome it. The affected party must give notice where practicable and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. This clause does not excuse failures within our control, refunds already due or mandatory legal obligations. If a material interruption continues for more than 30 days, either party may end the affected service, and we refund its unused prepaid portion.
15 Changes and ending a service
We may reasonably change these Terms, the AUP or service features to address changes in law, security, infrastructure, costs or the operation of the Services. We give at least 30 days' direct notice of a material adverse change, explain its effect and state its effective date. Minor clarifications may take effect when published.
An urgent change needed for security, law or an immediate upstream restriction may take effect sooner. We explain it as soon as practicable. A material reduction in a prepaid service or other material adverse change gives you the right to cancel the affected service before the change or within 30 days after urgent notice, and receive the unused prepaid portion, unless a greater remedy is required by law. Price changes follow section 6.
We may discontinue a free service, or end a paid service at the end of its term, with at least 30 days' notice where reasonably practicable. Ending a paid service earlier for our convenience requires reasonable notice and the refund described in section 7. Urgent enforcement remains governed by section 11. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove an accrued right or remedy.
16 Complaints and governing law
Send a complaint to [email protected] with enough information for us to investigate. We will try to resolve it fairly and explain our decision. You may use any regulator, court or tribunal available to you without first completing our internal process where the law allows.
This agreement is governed by New Zealand law. New Zealand courts and tribunals have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If mandatory law in your country of residence gives you additional consumer protections or the right to bring proceedings locally, those protections and rights remain available. There is no mandatory private arbitration or waiver of collective remedies in these Terms.
17 General provisions and notices
We send contractual notices to your current account email or another address you designate. We also use an account notice where practicable. A failed delivery does not allow us to ignore a notice requirement we know has not been met. Contact support if you cannot access your account.
You may not sell or transfer a hosting account without our written approval, which we will not unreasonably withhold where identity, security and provider requirements are satisfied. We may transfer this agreement as part of a genuine transfer of the service business if the successor assumes our obligations, your rights are not materially reduced and we give notice. Personal information remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues so far as it can operate fairly and lawfully. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. Provisions intended to continue after termination, including accrued payments, confidentiality and lawful liability provisions, survive to the extent needed. No upstream provider receives a right to enforce this agreement unless a separately accepted agreement expressly provides it.
Tnode Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026 Effective date: 5 November 2026
1 Scope and responsibility
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Tnode Services and forms part of the Tnode Terms of Service. Sections 2 to 6 apply to every plan. Section 7 adds restrictions for Sponsored Free Hosting supplied through iFastNet. Section 8 explains uses that may be supported on Tnode Operated Hosting.
You must take reasonable steps to ensure that users, administrators and visitors who can upload or publish through your account comply with this policy. Do not knowingly facilitate a prohibited activity by redirecting, embedding, relaying or arranging it elsewhere. A compromised site may need to be contained even where you did not authorise the abuse.
2 Unlawful and harmful content
Do not use the Services for unlawful activity or to publish, store, transmit or promote material that violates applicable law or the rights of others. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- Fraud, phishing, credential theft, impersonation intended to deceive, payment scams and knowingly misleading commercial offers.
- Sexual exploitation or abuse of children, grooming, sexualised depictions of minors, and material that facilitates those activities. This includes prohibited fictional, computer generated and altered material; a statement that a depicted character is an adult does not by itself make the material acceptable.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, doxxing, stalking, targeted harassment, credible threats and content intended to incite violence or terrorism.
- Unlawful discrimination or abuse directed at people because of protected personal characteristics, and unlawful disclosure of private or confidential information.
- Sale or facilitation of unlawful goods or services, including illegal drugs, unlawfully supplied prescription medicines, stolen accounts and stolen financial information.
- Pornographic services, sexually explicit entertainment and the distribution of pornography. This is a Tnode restriction across all plans, including material that might be lawful elsewhere.
- Operating real money gambling, wagering or casino services, or promoting them through gambling affiliate sites, unless we have expressly approved a lawful service on a suitable Tnode Operated plan and its infrastructure provider permits it. Sponsored Free Hosting cannot receive this exception.
Non-explicit anime, games, fan communities, ordinary romance and LGBTQ themes are not prohibited simply because of their genre or identity. They remain subject to the content, intellectual property and sponsored platform rules in this policy.
3 Copyright and other rights
Only host or distribute material you own or are entitled to use. Do not distribute pirated anime, manga, films, music, games, cracked software, stolen source code, unauthorised account databases or tools principally offered to enable infringement. Do not knowingly provide links or redirects whose purpose is to obtain infringing copies.
Fan status, a credit, a disclaimer, a lack of profit or an assertion of fair use does not automatically establish permission. We may request a reasonable explanation of rights when a credible complaint arises. Lawful quotation, criticism and other statutory exceptions are assessed under applicable law; an allegation alone is not a final legal determination.
Do not misuse trademarks, pass your service off as someone else's, or publish material in breach of a duty of confidence or a person's privacy rights.
4 Security and network conduct
Do not compromise the confidentiality, integrity or availability of any system. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Malware distribution, ransomware, spyware, malicious browser code, botnet operation, phishing kits and unauthorised keylogging.
- Unauthorised access, exploitation, password attacks, interception, scanning or testing of systems you do not have permission to test.
- Denial of service attacks, deliberate traffic floods, spoofing designed to deceive, open mail relays and open recursive DNS services.
- Public or open proxies, Tor exit relays, traffic laundering, and services primarily used to conceal abusive traffic.
- Bypassing account isolation, quotas, process restrictions, challenge systems, access controls or a suspension; accessing another customer's files or privileged host resources.
- Cryptomining or proof of work workloads, traffic exchanges, artificial visitor generation, and reward or autosurf systems that consume shared resources without a legitimate website purpose.
Keep applications and extensions supported and patched, remove unused components, use appropriate access controls and correct a reported vulnerability promptly. Do not leave known compromised code operating. Testing Tnode infrastructure requires our prior written authorisation and an agreed scope; ownership of a website does not authorise testing a shared host.
5 Email and messaging
Do not send, facilitate or benefit from spam, harvested address lists, purchased lists without valid recipient consent, deceptive sender information or unsolicited bulk messaging. Hosting a spam destination or redirect is also prohibited, even if the messages originate elsewhere.
Where a plan permits email, send only within its published limits and keep evidence of recipient consent. Commercial messages must accurately identify the sender, provide a working contact and include a clear, free unsubscribe method. Honour withdrawal promptly and within five working days for messages subject to New Zealand's Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, or sooner where another applicable law requires it. Necessary account and transaction messages must not be used to disguise marketing.
A consented mailing list is not automatically suitable for shared hosting. Bulk or campaign delivery requires a plan or external provider that expressly supports it. We may block compromised scripts, compromised mailboxes or abusive outbound traffic while investigating.
6 Fair use of shared resources
Use shared web hosting to serve the websites and related functions described in your plan. Stay within its published storage, traffic, file count, processing, memory, database, connection and message limits. Do not split workloads across duplicate accounts to bypass a restriction.
Do not run processes that materially degrade the service of others, intentionally defeat execution timeouts, repeatedly trigger runaway jobs, or use website storage mainly as an unrelated personal backup drive, general download mirror or file exchange. Large compute jobs, continuous crawlers and background workers require a plan that expressly supports them.
Where a legitimate website outgrows shared hosting, we normally explain the affected resource and offer reasonable options to optimise, reduce use or move to another plan. We do not treat popularity alone as misconduct or automatically charge for an upgrade. Immediate restrictions may still be necessary to protect the platform, as explained in the Terms.
7 Additional rules for Sponsored Free Hosting
Sponsored Free Hosting is for ordinary browser based websites on the sponsor's supported web stack. The following additional Tnode plan restrictions apply:
- Use scripts to serve website pages and ordinary website interactions. Do not run persistent application servers, background daemons, IRC services, proxy services, remote shells or web shells.
- Do not use the account as file storage, a download service, backup storage, a media relay or a streaming platform. Store only files used by the active website. Password protected archives are not allowed. Static images and other normal page assets are subject to the sponsor's limits.
- Do not distribute installable packages or executable downloads, including EXE, APK, DMG, MSI, APP, BAT, CMD and COM files. This does not prohibit ordinary supported server side website code merely because it executes on the web server.
- Do not use the service for pornography, adult entertainment, gambling operations or gambling promotion. Do not evade these restrictions through embeds, redirects or disguised content.
- Do not run bulk mail scripts or intensive batch database jobs, circumvent server timeouts, or access privileged resources. Email is available only if the sponsor enables it and within its technical rules; no mailbox, SMTP, external connection, webhook or automated client compatibility is implied.
- Do not resell or rent out the sponsored hosting account. Operating an otherwise permitted business website is different from selling hosting access.
The maximum number of sponsored hosting accounts per person is One. Creating additional identities or using multiple email addresses to evade that Tnode limit is prohibited. This is Tnode's published limit and is not a representation about limits imposed by another free hosting brand.
An account is considered inactive under this plan after 30 consecutive days without log in. Tnode normally sends a warning at least 7 days before its own inactivity suspension and states the deletion deadline. The sponsor may separately apply its published rules or technical enforcement. We pass on notices that we receive, but do not guarantee an upstream warning, retention period or restoration. Data retrieval is governed by section 8 of the Terms.
The sponsor may apply automated malware checks, traffic filtering, browser verification, file restrictions and resource enforcement. Do not bypass these controls. Restrictions can prevent an application or integration from working even where its intended use is lawful. Confirm suitability before relying on automated requests, payment callbacks or API traffic.
8 Tnode operated hosting
Sponsored Free Hosting restrictions do not automatically apply to Tnode Operated Hosting. A plan may permit supported application runtimes, scheduled tasks, private authenticated services, legitimate software downloads or mailboxes where expressly stated. All such uses remain subject to sections 2 to 6, plan quotas and any infrastructure requirements disclosed for that plan.
Permission for one feature does not authorise unrelated services. SSH access, if included, is an administrative facility; malicious web shells and unauthorised access remain prohibited. File distribution, large scale media delivery, VPN services, bulk email, dedicated compute workloads and resale require express permission and a plan designed for them. No Tnode permission can override law or an applicable infrastructure restriction.
9 Reports and action
Report abuse to [email protected]. Include the affected URL or domain, the nature of the issue, relevant dates and a safe description of the evidence. Do not send illegal imagery, live malware attachments, unnecessary identity documents or credentials. For an intellectual property complaint, identify your rights, the exact material and its location, your contact details, and why you believe the use is unauthorised. State whether you act for the rights holder and confirm that your report is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We assess reports in context and may request clarification. We may forward the necessary parts to the customer, the relevant infrastructure provider, professional advisers or an authority where lawful and appropriate. Sponsored hosting abuse reports are forwarded or escalated to iFastNet as required by the sponsor. We limit personal information disclosed and consider credible safety concerns raised by a reporter.
Depending on seriousness, we may request correction, disable a file or feature, block traffic, suspend a service or terminate an account under section 11 of the Terms. We aim to give reasons and a chance to correct issues where it is safe and practical. We can act immediately for serious or urgent risks. Repeat established intellectual property infringements may lead to termination.
If you believe action was mistaken, contact [email protected] and provide the relevant facts, permissions or remediation evidence. We review disputes under the Terms. We do not promise a statutory US DMCA process or designated agent unless we have separately established one, and we follow any complaint procedure that applicable law requires.
